Shipping & Returns
Once your order has been placed, we'll process the order and aim at having it shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. We generally aim to have your order shipped the very next business day (for orders before 4pm AEST).
When your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number (please check your junk folder). This tracking link can be used to view the status and location of your order. Please be sure to view the 'detailed events' to understand your orders journey, as it might be closer than you think.
We use Interparcel for all shipping. Interparcel is a broker, which provides you with a choice of transport companies to select for your shipping. Choose the company that you feel most comfortable with. Couriers Please and StarTrack Express tend to be the most popular and affordable options.
Once the order has been collected from our warehouse, your order is in the hands of the selected shipping company you opted to use. We do not own or manage the couriers, they are external companies. Therefore if there are any delays, or you have questions about your order status, check the tracking link you received in your order confirmation and/or contact Interparcel directly on 1300 006 031.
We are not resposbile for delays in shipping. Please be aware that with current Covid-19 there may be some delays with shipping companies.
We do not refund for change of mind. Please read the product descriptions and FAQs carefully before your purchase. Our ball pits come vacuum sealed for convenience and to reduce shipping costs. The product may take up to 2 weeks once opened to take final shape configuration. Please note ball pits are made of foam and may vary between products, they are not meant to be an exact circular shape.
Please be vary careful when opening the ball pit packaging, as it will be easy to cut the ball pit if using a sharp object. It's best to run a knife down the stitched seal of the ball pit on the end, this will allow the packaging to open without any damage.
Because the product comes in vacuum sealed packaging, we cannot return items unless there's genuine fault or damage to the item. Damaged or faulty return requests will require photo (or video) evidence of genuninity. We'll then provide further instructions of next steps. We do not refund for items that have been delayed during seasonal periods if they don't arrive on time. It's in your best interest to make your purchase ASAP prior to Christmas to allow for adequate time.
