We're a small family business based in Brendale (North Brisbane), Australia. We first decided to start Baby Ball Pits when we were seeking a ball pit for our son and struggled to find a suitable, safe option online. This is how Baby Ball Pits Australia was originally started.

 

Our aim is to connect parents with young children to the fun of the ball pit world and allow your children to learn and develop while they play, as well as give parents a well needed break.

 

Our Warehouse is located in Brendale and this is where ALL of our stock is stored and shipped.

 

When you place an order, it is NOT drop-shipped, therefore there are no lengthy delays after you've placed your order. We generally ship next business day and shipping times to anywhere within Australia are generally pretty quick. Our shipping calculator on the checkout page will give you an indication on the amount of days to expect your order.

- East Coast (metro) - Generally up to 5 business days
- West Coast (metro) - Generally 5-10 business days.
- Remote areas vary depending on the location.
